After the bottle washing bottle enters the host machine, it enters the bottle washing machine through the transmission star wheel. The bottle clamp clamps the bottle mouth and turns 180 ° upward along the bottle washing guide rail, making the bottle mouth downward. In the specific area of the bottle washing machine, the nozzle of the bottle holder sprays sterile water to wash the inner wall of the bottle. The cleaned bottle is led out from the bottle washing machine through the stainless steel wheel and transferred to the next filling.

The bottle that is filled and rinsed is led from the bottle washing section to the filling section through the bottle pulling star wheel Bottles entering the filling section are forked by the bottle neck, and can be lifted, maintained and lowered by the lifting mechanism under the action of the cam. During the operation, the bottle is jacked open by the filling valve, and filled by the closed filling method. The output adjustment is controlled by the frequency converter. The high-speed filling valve is used to control the liquid level accurately with small error.

After the capping and filling is completed, the bottle enters the capping machine through the transmission star wheel, and the anti rotation knife on the capping machine blocks the bottleneck, which together with the external bottleneck guard plate of the capping machine keeps the bottle upright and prevents rotation. The capping head rotates and rotates under the driving of the capping machine's main shaft. Under the action of the cam, the capping head can realize the actions of grasping, capping, capping and decapping, and complete the whole capping process. The capping head adopts a magnetic constant torque device. When the capping head takes off the cover through the capping disc, the top cover sleeve will hold the cover and straighten the cover to ensure the correct position of the cover in the capping die and the quality of the capping. When the capping is completed, the capping head overcomes the magnetic slipping and will not damage the cap. At the same time, when the capping head rises, the top cap rod will eject the cap from the capping die.
